Role
Who you are
- You have a degree in economics, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales analysis or a similar position
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, sound knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with tools such as Hubspot, Power BI, Tableau or comparable data visualisation tools
- You have a deep understanding of numbers, data and correlations and find creative solutions to complex problems
- Business fluent in German and English
What the job involves
- As a Sales Operations / Analyst at AIPERIA , you will play a central role in optimising and supporting our sales processes. Your tasks include supporting the sales team in sales process support as well as regular revenue reporting, through which you provide decisive insights into sales development
- You will prepare presentations and analyses for board meetings to underpin strategic decisions. An insight into your tasks:
- Sales Process Support: Support the sales team by providing and optimising sales process templates and the sales phases, including close plans and other documents
- Revenue Reporting and Forecasting: Responsibility for regularly analysing and reporting revenue figures and preparing accurate forecasts and business reports
- Preparation of management and board meetings: You prepare presentations and analyses for important decision-making bodies, supported with detailed data analyses and insights
- Win/loss analyses: Conducting analyses to evaluate and improve our sales strategies and identify success factors and weaknesses
- Standard contracts and templates: Creation and management of contract templates and other sales documents to increase the efficiency of the sales team
- Sales enablement and training: Supporting the team with training, knowledge sharing and the provision of necessary materials to improve sales performance
