Who you are
- You have 3+ years of copywriting experience and have worked With/alongside a marketing team
- You are a creative, collaborative soul that is used to working with the Freedom to develop and manage your own projects, but also to collaborate and work with other teams to get under the hood of the challenges and Opportunities we are addressing
- Excellent command of English language and grammar
- Experience in copywriting – from conception to delivery
- Excellent communicator with wealth of copywriting experience
- Excellent eye for detail and understanding of different touchpoints and their role in the overall objective
- Analytical with a creative side waiting to come out
- Experience in writing copy for email campaigns
- Previous experience with SEO

What the job involves
- This role will sit within the Communications Team, who’s core focus is on developing and delivering the copy for any given activity
- The team is responsible for the channels selected as well as the content that sits within it and the team is accountable for the performance of those comms activities
- You will be responsible for ideating and developing content for all our Marketing activity – from emails, to landing pages to advertising Campaigns
- You will also work alongside our Design team to produce effective Communications that inspire, engage and excite our members about what We have to tell them
- You will work closely with the other members of the Communications Team, as well as other members of the Marketing Team to ensure Completion of requests
- You may also be asked to support our Product team in writing UX copy for Our site, bringing to bear your communications expertise to get our Members to take the actions we want them to take
- You will be a part of the Communications Team, which sits within the Marketing Team. Together we’ll work to bring more awareness to the brand, generate more members for Creditspring and nurture them into a long-standing relationship
- You will report into the Senior Communications Manager. The rest of the team is made up of a Communications Manager and a Content Executive
- Develop copy for all marketing activity
- Run the delivery of content working alongside other teams such as Compliance, Design, Marketing and Product
- Support in the ideation for marketing activity
- Create and edit SEO copy to maintain and improve performance
- Work with Organic Social team in ideating content ideas
- Support with delivering advertising campaign content alongside the social media and design team
- Review email open and click rates to explore new experiments based on the results
- Responsible for pitching and writing marketing emails, blogs and content for the website
