Desirable

• The KAM will be responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with introducers and intermediaries to generate new business opportunities and create, manage and execute account management plans. They will also monitor development progress and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers and intermediaries to achieve new business targets
• Proactively contact new intermediaries/introducers to engage them with the company's bridging products
• Possess SME knowledge of bridging (and buy-to-let (BTL) products preferable), criteria, processes, and unique selling points (USPs)
• Conduct thorough fact-finding with intermediaries to assess opportunities and identify appropriate firms
• Follow up on issued terms and agreed deals to progress them into applications, handling objections to win deals
• Stay informed about industry trends and providing excellent customer service to support business growth
• Achieve personal objectives
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
