• Proven Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
• Data-Driven Marketer: Demonstrated success in utilizing data analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed

• Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data analytics to refine strategies and enhance performance
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize results
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to continually improve campaign effectiveness
• Generate detailed reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI
