Role
Who you are
- Engineer's degree or at least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Sharp Knowledge of SaaS Revenue modeling and key performance metrics
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others
- As Salesforce is being used by Implicity commercial teams, candidate with good Salesforce knowledge will be prioritized
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel skills required & Good SQL skills a plus
- Ability to create accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends
- Expertise in managing and optimizing the sales pipeline
- Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in different process
- The ability to create and track key performance indicators
- Capacity to have impactful discussions from Sales Representatives to C-level executives
- Capacity to drive change across the organization
- Identifying and resolving issues that hinder sales performance

What the job involves
- We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager for a brand-new role to join and expand our Operations team
- Reporting to Lucie, our COO, and acting as stakeholder, you will be in charge of Revenue Operations
- With a strong focus on Sales Performance at first, you will have to be able to connect the dots across the whole Revenue Funnel and impact positively operations from Marketing to Invoicing
- Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement
- Improve our ways of working with the best tools on the market
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline revenue operations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
- Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms)
- Train team members on the effective use of best technologies
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Create and maintain a library of resources and materials
- Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity
- Communicate key findings and insights to revenue leadership
- Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets

- We are currently creating our Revenue Operations Team, with both Revenue Operations profiles and System Admin. We are looking as much for our First Revenue Operation Manager then for our possible future Head of Revenue Operations

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyse the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much Medtech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyse the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
