Who you are
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and French; a third language such as Spanish or German is a strong plus
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator—especially when dealing with client follow-ups
- Organizational Strength: Highly detail-oriented and structured with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities
- Digital Fluency: Proficient with Excel and open to learning new tools (Sellsy or similar platforms); previous CRM/ERP experience is a plus
- Mindset: Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
What the job involves
- Join a fast-growing WorkTech startup and contribute directly to the success of our Sales and Finance operations.
- As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in preparing quotes, managing invoicing, and supporting cash collection—making an immediate impact in a collaborative, international environment
- Quote Management: Prepare and manage client quotes using Sellsy, ensuring internal validation and timely delivery
- Invoicing: Generate and send accurate invoices, ensuring all financial details are complete and deadlines met
- Cash Collection: Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and handle customer queries or disputes professionally
- Process Optimization: Suggest improvements to streamline finance and sales administration processes (automation, reporting, etc.)
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure operational fluidity
- Tool Use: Leverage tools such as Sellsy, Excel, and CRM/ERP platforms for daily tasks

Our take
For many commercial property owners, managing building services can be costly and labour-intensive. Witco, formerly MonBuilding, solves this problem by providing building managers and owners with an all-in-one management app.
With Witco, building managers have access to a range of services, including meeting room reservations, identity verification and parking management. More recently, the app has been adapted to help facilitate the return of workers to offices. Despite some competition in the proptech market, such as fellow French company Matera, Witco has managed to differentiate itself by focusing on the commercial property space.
Having successfully launched in the UK, the company recently acquired SharingCloud, a move that will propel its customer base even further. With this success under its belt, the company is surely set for an even brighter future.
