Who you are
- We’re looking for graduates-to be on their last year of masters from a range of academic backgrounds who are interested in joining us on our mission to change the game for sports marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media tactics and trends
- Expertise on social media channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, X)
- Skills on creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut and Premiere`
- Experience or keen interest in the sports business, in France and worldwide
- Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation
- Problem solver - you have a curiosity and a willingness to learn new things
- Fluency in both English and French
- A team player

What the job involves
- Junior Content Producer is a key role for our clients. You will be involved in the creative content production for various sports organizations, clubs and broadcasters. You will be publishing exciting content on social media channels, aiming to grow and engage thousands or millions of exiting followers
- You will be joining our Paris-based team, made of Content Producers, Video Editors, Social Creative Leads, Video Production Leads and Content Leads. We work together to invent best-in-class social content, hitting great numbers and meeting clients’ expectations
- Start date: Spring/Summer 2026 (we are flexible for the exact start date)
- A little bit about us: we’re Two Circles, a vibrant and rapidly-expanding sports marketing agency. We currently have a team of 1100+ working across 14 global offices (London, Paris, Bern, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Riga, New York City, Los Angeles, Austin, Kansas City, Miami, Vancouver, Hyderabad and Melbourne)

Two Circles is a digital sports marketing agency that develops and executes marketing strategies for sports-based companies, supplying the means to maximise sponsorship rights fees, increase commercial performance, engage the right audiences, and use data to inform future strategy.
As well as delivering front-running marketing tech and services for the sports industry, the company also dedicates itself to improving diversity and inclusion in sports, including its "Diversity in Sports" mentoring program that aims to accelerate the growth of under-represented talent across the industry.
Two Circles works with more than 300 sports rights holders, including the likes of the NFL, UEFA, F1, and the ICC, as well as $1bn in sponsorship revenues. A series of acquisitions has contributed to the expansion of the business - for example, that of Australia-based digital specialist Codeware, which came alongside the opening of a Melbourne office, has enabled it to grow its presence in the Oceania region and bolster its tech offering.
