Who you are
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience working on marketing campaigns within some or all of the following categories: CPG, Retail, Finance, Telco, Restaurants, Entertainment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details
- Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading advertising solutions
- A firm understanding of the RFP process, and the ability to deliver impactful proposals that stand out amongst the crowd
- The ability to distill complex problems into succinct, well-packaged solutions
- Bachelor’s in english, marketing, communications, business management, related area of study, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field
Desirable
- Familiarity with augmented reality trends, production and distribution
- Exceptional creative marketing portfolio
- Experience working in Google suite of products (Google slides, sheets, docs), Adobe suite, and Keynote
- Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in digital mediums
- Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers
- Background working with both internal and external partners
- Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join Snap Inc! As a Creative Strategist, you’ll become a key player in driving the creative ambition of the business and you will be a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue through ideas
- You will partner with the Sales team and focus on delivering highly creative, innovative and impactful campaigns across multiple verticals
- Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Snapchat Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat
- Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to address those goals through creative advertising solutions on Snapchat
- Discuss and provide feedback on design aspects of campaign creative
- Work with the Sales team to develop and implement campaign specific strategy against business objectives
- Lead creative driven, strategic conversations with clients and agencies to uncover new business leads, opportunities, and objectives
- Collaborate with Research and Measurement teams to help prove the power of Snapchat advertising
- Manage key creative agency partnerships

Snap Inc. is the social-media company behind Snapchat, a mobile app launched in 2011 that prioritises visual and emotive communication over traditional texting. Born from a desire to share real-time moments with authenticity, the app now boasts a massive global reach with daily active users surpassing 460M and monthly active users well beyond 900M.
After rejecting a billion-dollar acquisition offer from MEta Platforms (then Facebook) in 2023, Snapchat entered into a long-term rivalry with Meta's apps (most notably Instagram). Despite the competition, Snap has carved out a distinct place in the social-media landscape by innovating features such as the "Discover" tab, augmented-reality (AR) lenses, in-app gaming, paid subscriptions via Snapchat+, and robust ad-monetisation options.
Snap has yet to post a full-year profit since going public in 2017, but the company is clearly making progress. In Q1 2025 the net loss was narrowed to roughly $140M, down from $305M the year before, and revenue rose 14% to $1.36B. Advertising revenue remains periodic and macro-factors still pose headwinds, yet Snaps enduring popularity and its expanding product mix suggest that further success appears likely.
