• RFP Support - Own and manage the end-to-end RFP process: coordinate inputs from across the business, draft and edit responses, maintain a response library, and ensure submissions are polished and on time
• Outreach & Prospecting - Support the sales team with targeted outreach campaigns, research prospect accounts (asset servicers, asset managers, alternatives), maintain CRM hygiene, and help build pipeline through coordinated prospecting activity
• New Hire Onboarding - Coordinate logistics and materials for onboarding new sales team members across NYC and Baltimore: IT setup, calendar coordination, system access, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
• Conference & Event Support - Coordinate with the London-based Marketing team on conference planning, sponsorship logistics, attendee management, and event follow-up for key industry events (e.g., NASRA, NICSA, AIMA)
• Head of Sales Support - Provide logistical and operational support to the Global Head of Sales
