Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Java developer in commercial companies
- Experience in creating microservices using Spring Boot or related technologies
- Proficient in JPA/Hibernate and SQL
- Experience working in fast-paced, result-oriented agile environments
Desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical individuals
- Adept at problem-solving and analyzing user requirements before implementing solutions
- Committed to high software quality standards and proficient in dev-testing processes (unit testing, TDD, BDD etc)
- Comfortable working with geographically dispersed team members
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and willing to travel to the London office for occasional team meetings
What the job involves
- You will work within the integrations-project team, which interfaces between Credentially core systems and external systems
- You will collaborate closely with product and customer-success teams to shape and design scalable architecture for both new and existing integration-product features
- You will design, develop, and maintain new integrations with ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems, utilising their available APIs
- You will provide client support for integrations/onboarding and troubleshooting, including debugging code to resolve client issues
- You will promote new technologies to enhance our product while maintaining a simple and robust architecture
- You will consistently read, create, and improve product and technical documentation
