Who you are
- We are looking for an intern who is proactive and likes to solve problems, able to keep a cool head, and continues to function effectively in stressful situations.
- Sufficient English is a must, speaking Dutch is a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Partner Success team! At Wonderkind, you have the opportunity to truly become a part of the team and have your own responsibilities
- We encourage and guide you to keep developing yourself. While on the job, you will become an online recruitment marketing expert!
- Learn the ins and outs of marketing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Google, and new added channels
- Set up and optimize campaigns according to the client's wishes
- Master the CRM system: keeping all Partner information up-to-date
- Assist Partner Success Representatives with the day-to-day operations within the department
- Collaborate with the Partner Success Managers and Partner Success Representatives to help our patners with their inquiries from A to Z
- Have the chance to join or initiate a project that impacts the performance of Wonderkind
- Have a lot of opportunities to develop yourself within the organisation

Wonderkind has curated an innovative Talent Attraction Technology that automates social media campaigns. The platform guides companies to develop a Talent Attraction strategy that fulfills business goals and supports in hitting campaign targets.
The technology shows ads to the desired candidates, even if they’re not actively looking for a role. The tech understands job-seekers online behaviour and what their interests are. The process is simplified so campaigns are published on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, without the traditional hassle of managing multiple platforms.
