R&D Test Engineer, SharkNinja

• A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• 3+ years in testing or validation within R&D or product development; consumer goods experience is a strong plus
• Hands-on fluency with thermal, electrical, and mechanical test equipment — you're comfortable in a lab, not just at a desk
• Data analysis chops, with MATLAB or LabVIEW experience preferred
• A genuine eye for failure modes and design flaws, paired with the instinct to chase them down rather than just report them

• Knowledge-sharing — training teammates on Floorcare Lab procedures and quality standards, raising the bar for the whole team
