Who you are
- Proven sales success. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
- Bring your expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A legal background, whether as a lawyer or working in professional services, is highly valued
- Industry experience matters. Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI-driven tools, especially selling to law firms or legal teams, gives you a strong edge
- Sell with insight. A consultative, value-based approach with the ability to simplify technical solutions for legal professionals
- Master complex deals. Navigate multi-threaded sales processes, managing multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and close high-value opportunities
- Stay sharp and organized. Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene
- Hunter mentality. Proactive and relentless in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record of high-velocity prospecting and business generation
- Be where the deals happen. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America sales team, reporting into the VP Sales. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with legal decision-makers, selling Agentic AI solutions that help organizations succeed and thrive, and driving revenue growth
