Who you are
- We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market and enterprise software, ideally to the education sector
- Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with clients
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A fluent level of English and Spanish is mandatory

- Client acquisition: proactively identify and secure new clients, employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth
- Relationship building: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Pipeline management: effectively manage our sales pipeline from A to Z
- Sales presentations: deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions, addressing client pain points and driving successful outcomes
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the enterprise ed tech sales landscape
- Close deals: Lead negotiations with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements and contributing to overall sales success

Full Fabric asserts that while students today demand fast, effective, and user-friendly digital experiences, many universities and colleges are lagging behind, providing “broken experiences”. In turn, this affects enrolment, eventual graduation numbers, reputation, and ultimately, revenues.
The company offers a SaaS platform for universities to provide smoother digital experiences for applicants, students, alumni, and faculty. Since it was founded in 2011, Full Fabric has attracted an impressive customer base from all over the world, including Stockholm School of Economics, Maastricht School of Management, Copenhagen Business School, and the Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University.
Considering that it still operates with a comparatively small headcount, the company is doing a great job of holding its own in the education sector. Indeed, with eLearning on the rise, there’s even more demand for user-friendly software solutions, which Full Fabric is well positioned to capitalize on.
