Role
Who you are
- We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who is a quick learner with a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a diligent work style, with an eye for detail
- Min. 3- 5 years of work experience in graphic design / promotional design (experience in the e-commerce / D2C space is a strong plus)
- Degree in communication design (or similar studies)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially ****InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and basic familiarity with Figma are required. and Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Strong typography and layout skills, demonstrated through your portfolio
- Fluency in both German and English is a MUST. French is a plus
- Based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model (3+ days in the office)
What the job involves
- Now, our design team, composed of Annika, Sendi, Florian, and Jakob is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join them
- This position offers a variety of design tasks and projects, providing an opportunity to learn and grow as a graphic designer in an inspiring and fast-paced environment, contributing to one of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands
- Conceptualize and create print and physical marketing materials, including promotional brochures, trade marketing assets, and add-on products like merchandise, stickers, shakers, and bottles
- Develop and implement digital marketing materials for various channels including paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, and our online shop
- Assist in the design and finalization of packaging, with a focus on adjusting and duplicating necessary information and formats
- Carry out ad-hoc design tasks and projects, such as preparing stakeholder presentations or assisting other colleagues in applying our visual brand identity or name cards

- Getting to know you: After reviewing your portfolio and/or CV, Lutza, our Sr. Talent Partner will have a 30-minute screening interview with you to discuss more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Mathias, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!

Our take
The soft drinks industry is big business, estimated to reach a value of over $600 billion by 2030. However, many of the biggest brands are full of unhealthy and unethically sourced ingredients that are not in line with the push for more sustainable products. HOLY is a German company that wants to disrupt the soft drink industry with healthier and more ethically sourced alternatives.
HOLY’s two flagship products are its energy drink and iced tea. With sugar and taurine-free ingredients, the products come in powder form which saves 90% on packaging and significantly decreases the amount of CO2 emissions from manufacture and transport compared to canned drinks.
As with many soft drinks, HOLY’s branding is key. Its vivid designs and online presence increase its appeal for the gaming community, who would typically lean toward large competitors such as Monster Energy. With good funding at its back, HOLY is on the right path to compete with well-established rivals, having sold more than 10 million drinks solely via its online marketplace.
