• 2+ years of relevant design experience (SaaS preferred). You have a portfolio that shows refined taste and clear problem solving
• Fluent in Figma. Proficiency in using most of its features is key to success in design collaboration
• Experience with shipping MVPs and iterating in production. You know the difference between a hypothesis and a requirement
• Experience working with design systems. Understanding of design systems theory and practice
• Working knowledge of AI concepts. Grasp of AI fundamentals and a strong curiosity to keep learning—applying AI insights to both your design workflow and the products you create
• Bias for action and grit. You stay calm when requirements change and push work across the finish line
