Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in data science or analytics
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with machine learning models, NLP models, or generative AI models
Bonus: Strong understanding of healthcare data, including electronic health records (EHR), and patient demographics

What the job involves

As a Data Scientist at Courier Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, driving insights, and enabling evidence-based decision-making for our customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock the full potential of the healthcare data in our platform for our customers
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions to identify valuable use cases for productizing reporting and analytics in our SaaS platform
Design, test, optimize, and scale novel applications of AI in our SaaS platform
Implement best practices for data collection, governance, and storage
Inform elements of our data infrastructure to support analytics use cases
Prioritize security and compliance at all times
