Who you are
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or administrative roles preferred
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to support a high-performing sales team through efficient administration, accurate documentation, and responsive service
What the job involves
- The Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative functions and ensuring a smooth sales process from proposal to close
- This position serves as a trusted partner to sales representatives, providing operational support, maintaining accuracy in sales documentation, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and draft customer proposals, pricing presentations, and sales documentation
- Create and manage quotes, opportunities, and related records within Salesforce
- Conduct rate and pricing comparisons to support competitive sales strategies
- Assist with contract preparation, application processing, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales-related requests
- Support sales representatives with reporting, pipeline management, and follow-up activities
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales organization
