Who you are
- Solid leadership experience in Customer Service or Client Success, with strong knowledge of industry KPIs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or similar is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially stocks, ETFs, and funds; ideally with brokerage sector experience and a digital mindset
- Analytical and numbers-driven mindset, comfortable working with reports and making data-based decisions
- Customer-centric, proactive, and motivated to drive team success and serve as a role model
- Strong sense of responsibility, very high ambition, and commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
What the job involves
- Our Client Success Team Lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business
- Building, leading, and strategically developing the Client Success team for the German and Austrian brokerage markets
- Setting clear goals with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Analyze and track relevant KPIs and client feedback using a data-driven approach to develop targeted measures for improving performance and efficiency
- Continuously monitor progress and support team growth by leveraging regular reporting and deriving actionable next steps
- Work closely with Operations and Product teams to optimize processes, prepare the team for new products and features, and ensure outstanding service quality
- Apply in-depth expertise in brokerage, financial markets, and the Scalable App to efficiently manage resources and address client needs effectively
- Foster a team culture defined by ownership, ambition, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Effectively communicate the company’s vision and support the implementation of new initiatives and services
Our take
Interest around investing in digital assets is increasing steadily due to innovations in fintech smartphone applications and the popularity of blockchain finance such as cryptocurrency. While stocks and cryptocurrency have a lot to do with this increase in popularity, it has also led to new investors learning about ETFs and index funds, meaning more people are looking for easier ways to invest.
Scalable Capital provides a free smartphone application for the investing and trading of stocks, cryptocurrencies, commission-free ETFs, and index funds, with subscription fees providing commission-free stock trading. The application also features a machine learning-driven robotrading service called Smart Predict to aid in improving users' limit and stop orders.
Whilst several other European investment platforms focus on commission-free trading, Scalable Capital has taken a fresh perspective by focusing on providing commission-free ETF investment. By doing this, the company encourages smart long-term ETF investments over riskier day-trading, tapping into a more mature market than applications focused on stocks. With further growth expected in 2024 after impressive Series E funding, Scalable Capital is carving out its market share.
