Who you are

  • 3-5+ years professional experience in channel sales, product management, business development, or similar roles in the cloud, SaaS, and/or e-commerce industry in Europe
  • 2-3 years experience as an Alliance, Channel or Partner Manager is highly preferred
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer and partner service and driving our partners’ and customers’ business success
  • Strong commercial relationship-building skills and business acumen
  • Experience as a SaaS Account Executive role is a plus
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Flexible and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel when required

What the job involves

  • As an integral part of the Product Marketing and Partnership Team, you will lead the partnership strategy and execution within EMEA and North America, with the goal of exceeding Productup’s partner revenue and growth targets for targeted partner relationships
  • You will help build our momentum in the strategic accounts space by recruiting, collaborating with, and enabling e-commerce technology partners and system integrators And channels
  • You will also have the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale, working with a team that solves complex challenges for Productsup customers and partners
  • This role will focus on developing joint solutions, driving sales and marketing alignment, as well as developing joint marketing collateral, enablement, and other partner activities
  • In your first 3 months you will:
  • Become an expert on the Productsup platform and ecosystem
  • Understand the partner ecosystem & sales lifecycle: learn how partners contribute to pipeline growth and align with Sales
  • Assess existing partnerships, identify high-potential new partners, and develop a segmentation strategy for pipeline impact
  • Engage partners to source active leads, support joint sales calls, and ensure deals are tracked in Salesforce
  • Get to know the wider organisation and all its stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, to Product and Solution Architects
  • In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
  • Expand the partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding new high-value partners for shared impact
  • Actively lead and manage the relationship with assigned partners
  • Optimize partnerships enablement and implement incentives for referrals
  • Deliver sourced or influenced deals and ensure a strong partner contribution to the pipeline according to company objectives
  • Establish joint business plans, launch co-marketing, and drive recurring lead generation with partners
  • Track and report pipeline impact, refine strategies, and identify and strengthen high-performing partnerships
  • Create a repeatable partner deal-sourcing playbook and track partner-influenced revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and CSM to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including new integrations, partnership deals and incentive programs implementation
