What the job involves
- You’ll be the driving force behind building and optimizing scalable paid advertising programs to support our pipeline and revenue goals
- Taking charge of our performance marketing strategy, you’ll manage every aspect, from campaign creation and targeting to budget allocation and creative testing across channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook
- You’ll oversee the technical setup of advertising platforms, ensuring proper tracking, attribution, and integration with tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Collaborating closely with growth, sales, and marketing operations teams, you’ll establish seamless systems to align on pipeline targets, streamline workflows, and maximize campaign effectiveness
- You’ll dive into analytics to monitor performance, test hypotheses, and deploy data-backed optimizations that drive consistent improvements in ROI
- Through your work, you’ll directly contribute to Spot AI’s ability to attract new customers, expand market presence, and scale revenue efficiently

Video intelligence is the process of analyzing real-time video footage with AI-driven computer vision to diagnose and solve problems. Whilst most businesses could benefit from such technology, it usually requires the expensive and disruptive installation of specialized camera equipment, and when combined with its complexity of use, this deters many potential users.
Spot AI develops an AI-driven video intelligence platform for businesses, offering software integrations for existing cameras and free-to-use high-resolution cameras. The platform allows all relevant parties to access videos securely and investigate them through AI-driven computer vision, preventing the need for time-consuming manual investigations and back-and-forth access dilemmas.
The largest challenge the company faces is the expensive nature of video intelligence, but Spot AI provides its technology either through integration with existing cameras or by providing its high-definition cameras for free. 2025 saw it release a breakthrough for the industry - the first remote video AI agents for physical security.
Along with offering 24/7 cloud storage to unlimited users with automated privacy compliance, these approaches show potential for the company to boost accessibility to video intelligence whilst making the technology easier to use, more effective, and less expensive.
