Associate Copywriter, Solace

• You are a self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house initiatives and taking on significant direct ownership responsibility
• This role is for the ambitious, the curious and those who don't shy away from feedback
• This is an in person role for new college graduates in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) — graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
• Intuition for what resonates in consumer-facing experiences, especially in digital and product environments
• Comfort with ambiguity
• A bias toward action and execution. You’re at your best when writing, iterating, and refining
• Great communication skills that help you work across departments to make visions come to life
• Attention to detail and accountability for every word you ship
• A portfolio of writing samples that demonstrates your range and ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully

• As an Associate Copywriter at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing copy that drives positive customer perception, experience, and retention
• Develop clear, human-centered copy across product, marketing, and support channels
• Contribute ideas and help bring them to life across various initiatives
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to support strong user-facing language
