Role
Who you are
- A proven track record as a senior-level enterprise software sales professional with at least five to 10 years of experience
- Deep understanding of the software industry and the benefits of partnership and channel partnerships for business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners at all levels
- Experience managing strategic and complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing results and making data-informed recommendations
- Self-starter who can work independently and build processes from scratch
Desirable
- A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry or manufacturing technology environment and ecosystem
- Partnership and channel-building experience from the ground up for an organization
- Background managing complex strategic alliances
- Experience working in a start-up tech environment
What the job involves
- At CADDi in the US, we are adding a skilled Enterprise Partnership Manager to our team to play a crucial role in driving partnership efforts and help drive our business growth
- This position offers dynamic and hands-on experience, and you'll wear multiple hats and contribute to various customer-facing functions at CADDi
- Identify and research potential partners within the manufacturing industry
- Support the attractions, development, and execution of partner marketing & sales strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partner relationship management processes
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate large channel enterprise deals with potential partners
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans
- Track and report on key partnership metrics, including campaign performance and lead generation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Our take
CADDi provides solutions to streamline procurement in the manufacturing industry, delivering an ordering and supply platform, as well as an AI-enabled drawings search system. The search system is particularly interesting because, according to the company, drawings data is the "most important data" in manufacturing.
Through CADDi, manufacturers can procure materials such as sheet metal and machining from an array of partners. By collecting these options in one place, the platform saves users time and effort because they don't have to conduct a search themselves. Similarly, CADDI's drawing search means users can source say, a complex machine part, from just a drawing - without needing to know any further details.
Having already established a strong presence in Japan, CADDi has begun international expansion efforts, beginning with a US division. It is well-funded, and is investing in growing its team and its network of suppliers, as well as further enhancing the technological capabilities its drawings search feature.
