Who you are
- This is a role for a high-potential individual who is eager to dive deep into the day-to-day operations and growth of a successful mobile title
- We are looking for a candidate who embodies: Drive to see projects through, deep care for the player experience, ownership of their domain, persistent curiosity to understand player behaviour, and clear strategic thinking to chart a course for growth
- F2P Experience: 2+ years in mobile Product Management
- Tactical Execution: Ability to take high-level strategy and break it down into actionable specs and user stories
- Analytical Fluency: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into design changes. Proficiency in SQL or similar data tools is a significant plus
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in a "Pod" or "Feature Team" structure, with a knack for motivating artists, designers & engineers
- Agile Proficiency: Expert at managing backlogs in Jira or similar tools, with a focus on sprint planning and ROI-based prioritization
- Passion for Racing: A love for the CSR franchise or the wider racing/collection genre is highly desirable
What the job involves
- NaturalMotion is seeking an intrinsically motivated and aspiring Product Manager to be a core part of the CSR Racing 3 team
- You will gain essential, hands-on experience by directly influencing the live game—from injecting a creative spark into new event design to rigorously testing new features and managing the development backlog
- You will be the crucial link, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans for our cross-functional teams (Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Art)
- Feature & Mechanic Design: Design features and game mechanics that deepen engagement and keep players coming back
- Specifications & User Flows: Create clear specs and user flows for gameplay improvements and events. You will ensure that every new "Surprise and Delight" moment is intuitive and frictionless for the player
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Art teams to deliver compelling, high-impact updates. You ensure the roadmap is translated into technical requirements that the team can execute
- Data-Led Optimization: Monitor in-game performance, run A/B tests, and derive actionable insights and execute them to achieve business goals
- Backlog & Priority Management: Own and manage the backlog for Live Ops features. You will define priorities for the development team, ensuring we deliver on KPIs and meet the deadlines of the Live Ops Calendar
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor moves in the mobile gaming space. You will provide regular market teardowns to ensure CSR Racing 3 remains at the cutting edge of the industry
- Live Integrity: Work to ensure all seasons and events are configured correctly, well balanced and engaging for our players

Zynga is a games developer that rode Facebook's platform to success back in the late noughties and early 2010's. It is now one of the biggest casual game producers globally, with a presence across over 170 countries and regions and millions of monthly active users.
Though the company hit a number of roadblocks after its initial success - such as falling stock prices, and numerous calls it was copying other games - its subsequent resurgence is proof of its staying power. It continues to use social media as a distribution channel, and boasts titles such as FarmVille, Merge Dragons! and Words With Friends.
