Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s passionate about design, fast on their feet, and knows how to balance craft and polish with a playful, social-first edge
- You’ll bring fresh ideas, sharp execution, and help shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint
- 5+ years experience in art direction (ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle, or activewear)
- Experiencing leading and mentoring junior team members
- A broad visual vocabulary and genuine love for great design
- Strong presentation skills and ability to bring ideas to life with clarity and confidence
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and always willing to get involved with ideas
- Expertise across Adobe CS and Figma (video & AI skills is a bonus)
What the job involves
- Championing TALA’s visual identity across every touchpoint, from our physical stores to our digital storefront, packaging, and social channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact
- Translating brand and campaign briefs into bold, scroll-stopping creative that reflects our values: conscious design, female-led innovation, and effortless style
- Partnering with Brand & Marketing leads to interpret briefs and turn them into standout creative
- Bringing social-first, conceptual ideas that cut through the noise
- Leading a small team of two designers, managing workflow, priorities and ensuring top-quality delivery at pace
- Balancing brand and customer needs, keeping both at the heart of every design decision
- Playing a hands-on role in shaping the next chapter of TALA’s visual storytelling as we scale across new categories, channels, and communities
- Some art direction and content creation as required
