Junior IT Support Engineer, Corelight

• Possess rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting issues with computers running macOS (version >= 12)
• Possess strong communications skills, written and verbal
• Has strong creative and analytical thinking skills
• Strong familiarity with modern operating systems, particularly macOS and Windows
• Drive to take ownership of assignments and drive them to completion
• Experience with scripting languages such as bash, PowerShell, or Python

• Provide frontline support of company services and computers
• Assist administration of Identity services like Entra ID and Google Workspace
• Develop and maintain self-service documentation for end users
• Participate in incident response activities
• Provide asset tracking, amortization, and retirement support in our asset management systems
