Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for web and collaborative design
- Demonstrated experience designing across digital and print formats
- Ability to work independently while remaining open to feedback and creative direction
- Skilled in organizing and prepping clean, production-ready design files
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work (with some examples of motion/animated content)
- Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or vertical SaaS is a plus
- Experience supporting or leading on-site video shoots and video production projects is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with motion design expertise to join our in-house creative team
- In this hands-on role, you’ll help evolve the visual identity of our brand through social, ads, print and video
- You’ll work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate across marketing, product, and sales—bringing a sharp eye for detail and strong creative vision to every asset

- We're looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented designer who can balance multiple priorities and contribute fresh, engaging ideas across static and video assets
- Strong communication skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and a high level of attention to detail are essential
- This is a full-time hybrid role based in either New York City, San Francisco, or Dallas, with three in-office days required each week
- Manage graphic and motion design projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness across static and video assets
- Design visual content for social media, blog posts, digital ads and email campaigns
- Design and maintain visually consistent, on-brand presentations using Google Slides for internal and external use
- Develop print-ready materials for events, signage, and promotional campaigns
- Create web layouts and visual assets that align with UI/UX best practices
- Design product-focused illustrations and supporting visuals
- Develop motion graphics and video assets for cross-channel use, ensuring consistency and impact across platforms
- Conduct visual research and help build stylescapes and moodboards that inform creative development
- Balance multiple projects with shifting timelines while maintaining high attention to detail
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
