Who you are
- We're seeking individuals who bring a creative mindset, approach business development with a strategic mindset and are excited to have conversations with executive-level R&D professionals
- The ideal candidate is ready to contribute actively, play a pivotal role in shaping our BDR team, and be integral to Cypris’s core functions
- 1 + years of BDR prospecting experience in B2B SaaS (preferred)
- A mission-driven attitude looking to push beyond the traditional 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. work culture and be a key member of a fast-growing startup
- Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, driven by a genuine desire to exceed expectations
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

What the job involves
- We're actively looking for Business Development Representatives to be a core part of the Cypris team and help us accomplish our mission to bring actionable insights to R&D
- The ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, and strategic, and utilizes tasks like cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email to create opportunities with our ideal customers
- Generate new business opportunities among target companies. Consistently meet and exceed your new business opportunity targets using a multi-channel strategy (cold calling, LinkedIn, email)
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Closely partner with Account Executives to nurture new business opportunities
- Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook
- Implement a strategic approach to identify and prioritize key accounts within our target market. Analyze industry trends, company profiles, and market data to pinpoint high-potential accounts for focused outreach
