Who you are
- Sentry is looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves solving complex challenges and turning them into clear, intuitive experiences that help developers ship their best work
- Enjoy making complex tools and workflows feel simple, clear, and effortless
- Love collaborating with designers and engineers to turn complex ideas into reality
- Passionate about consistency but know when to break it with intention
- Obsess over the details, from global UX patterns to the individual pixels
- Believe in the value of open source software and the community that makes it possible
- Love bringing designs to life in code and wouldn't mind more green boxes on your github contribution graph
- 5+ years designing complex software products with a portfolio that highlights your impact
- Skilled in visual and interaction design with a good sense for structure, hierarchy, and clarity
- Able to take complex, technical workflows and turn them into experiences that feel effortless
- Comfortable talking to users, running interviews, and translating insights into clear design decisions
- Fluent in modern design tools like Figma and quick to move from idea to prototype
- Experienced in building and shipping products as part of a small, fast-moving team
- Curious and driven to understand how developers work, the challenges they face, and what helps them ship their best work
- Bonus if you’ve built design systems, contributed to open-source projects, or written HTML/CSS or React
