Role
Who you are
- We're looking for a Senior PM who knows how to take complex user problems and turn them into elegant, AI-powered workflows that people actually use
- This is a role for someone who has shipped B2B SaaS products end-to-end, is fluent in how LLMs work in practice, and brings sharp user empathy to everything they build
- 4 to 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- You love complexity and you dive in the details; figuring out how to improve hundred+ page documents, used in core legal workflows (like trials), is right up your alley
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs. This is a requirement, not a bonus
- Strong user research instincts -- you know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for
- Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience
- Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
What the job involves
- EvenUp's document generation suite is at the core of what we deliver to legal teams
- You'll own the product experience for one of our most critical surfaces, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to raise the bar on how AI for document generation can advance the legal profession
- Own the full product lifecycle for document generation, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration
- Deeply understand how legal teams work, identifying friction points and translating them into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements
- Partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered features that are reliable, accurate, and genuinely useful to practitioners
- Define and track success metrics, using both qualitative research and quantitative analysis to continuously improve the product
- Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release
Our take
Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2025 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $2 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
