Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in a GTM/ Marketing data analysis role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Tableau (or Looker) for data analysis/visualization
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics and their impact on business performance
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to perform deep analysis and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Marketo for marketing automation
- Interest and familiarity in using AI tools for analysis
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Data Analyst to join our growing team
- In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across our sales and marketing functions
- You will leverage your expertise in B2B SaaS metrics, data analysis, and visualization to provide actionable insights that optimize our GTM strategy

- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor GTM performance
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
- Create ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and marketing leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and optimize GTM processes
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and marketing data
- Develop and maintain data documentation and processes
