Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a small to mid-size organization
- Previous experience managing back-office SaaS products or APIs
- Experience in Travel and/or Finance industries is a strong plus
- Expertise in user research, market analysis, and Root Cause Analysis frameworks
- Strong ability to work with engineering teams in an agile environment, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivery
- Strong understanding of Lean Product Management principles
- Skilled at defining key success metrics and leveraging analytics for product decision-making
- Adaptive and comfortable working in a changing environment
- Thrives in ambiguity and can bring structure to chaos
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills, able to present ideas in a clear and concise manner

What the job involves
- The Product team, which represents 7 collaborators, is tasked with designing, developing, and continuously enhancing Worldia’s platform and features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers and our teams
- In this role, you would join the OPERATE feature team that is focused on streamlining the exchange of information between travelers, intermediates, and suppliers after a booking has been made
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be reporting directly to the VP of Product and working closely with business owners, engineers, and end users
- Lead product discovery, collaborating with business owners, analyzing data, and engaging with customers to challenge and refine needs
- Define and frame future developments with key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy
- Work closely with engineering teams, supporting development cycles, refining feature requirements, and ensuring timely delivery
- Foster collaboration across business, engineering, and end-user teams to ensure seamless product adoption
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, defining success criteria and leveraging analytics

Worldia is a Paris-based online travel agency that serves as a planning and booking platform for travel suppliers. It offers assistance to travel agencies, suppliers and distributors by allowing them to plan and book various components of a trip, all within a single platform.
From accommodation and transportation to activities and other travel services, Worldia aims to streamline the process and provide a convenient one-stop solution for its users. Setting itself apart, Worldia is a white-label platform, which allows clients to easily customise the platform with their own company's branding. This flexibility has led to its adoption by over 20,000 agencies and distributors.
Backed by a number of investors, Worldia has plans to expand its presence in Europe and North America. Recently, the company successfully launched its first pilot program in the US and is currently expanding into Germany and Spain.
