- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including customer engagement platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders
What the job involves
- As the Industry Marketing Lead for Retail & eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing industry-specific marketing strategies that resonate with Retail & eCommerce brands
- This role will focus on driving adoption and demonstrating the value of Braze’s platform in helping these brands achieve their marketing objectives
- You will work closely with our sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to position Braze as the leading customer engagement solution in the Retail & eCommerce industry
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Retail & eCommerce industry
- Collaborate with sales and sales strategy teams to align Braze’s value proposition with industry-specific marketing objectives and business outcomes
- Develop a go-to-market strategy targeting key Retail & eCommerce audiences, leveraging industry insights to drive platform adoption
- Create and manage content and marketing programs that highlight the relevance of Braze for the Retail & eCommerce industry, from white papers and case studies to webinars and thought leadership
- Work with product marketing to develop client-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of Braze’s platform and industry solutions
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate and distribute deep insights that matter to our Retail & eCommerce customers
- Serve as Braze’s expert on the Retail & eCommerce industry, offering insights and expertise to internal teams and clients
- Train sales teams and facilitate the ongoing exchange of knowledge and best practices across regions and departments
- Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, clients, and agencies to inform content, research, and product development, ensuring our solutions meet industry needs
