- As Senior Product Manager for Client Acquisition, you will be stepping into a strategically critical role to cover maternity leave
- Your mission is to take our existing digital prospect experience on our web application and elevate it to the next level
- You will be responsible for the top-of-funnel journey, ensuring that as we acquire new clients, their experience is engaging, intuitive, and clearly communicates the value of our service across different personas
- You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements in conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and overall engagement
- Digital Experience & Acquisition: Own the digital journey for new prospects. Transform the existing web experience into a highly engaging, top-tier user journey that caters to various personas and clearly articulates our proposition
- Squad Leadership & Execution: Lead a dedicated product squad. You will own, prioritize, and manage the backlog, ensuring your team is continuously shipping high-impact features
- Metrics & Optimisation: Focus relentlessly on moving the needle on key acquisition metrics: conversion rate, user velocity through the funnel, and engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly with New Client Relationships, Community Development, Marketing, and Client teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey for every prospect
- AI-Driven Workflows: Leverage Claude Code and agentic AI pipelines throughout the entire product development cycle to accelerate delivery, analyse data, and push the boundaries of how we build product
