Proven ability to lead enterprise solution sales teams

Strong understanding of France, Spain, and Italy markets. Fluent in French ; Spanish & Italian is a plus

What the job involves

As the Sr. Manager, IT Operations Management (ITOM) Sales, Southern Europe, you will lead the growth of OpenText's ITOM business across France, Spain, and Italy while managing a team of Strategic Solution Sales Executives focused on helping clients modernize operations and accelerate digital transformation
You will own regional strategy, forecasting, talent development, and execution, partnering closely with Services, Support, Partners, and Client Executive teams to deliver predictable growth through solution-led engagements
As the ITOM leader for Southern Europe, you will build executive relationships, champion value-based selling, and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through OpenText solutions
Lead ITOM solution sales growth across Southern Europe
Develop and mentor Strategic Solution Sales Executives.Drive value-based client engagement and executive relationships
Execute regional sales strategies and accurate forecasts.Lead complex solution-selling opportunities and negotiations
Partner across teams to deliver business outcomes for clients
Represent the ITOM business with clients and partners
