Provider Success Associate, Rula

• Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields
• Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
• Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
• Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics

Desirable

• As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to providers, building meaningful relationships and helping them get the most out of their partnership with Rula
• You’ll manage your own portfolio, using consultative problem-solving, relationship management, and data to understand provider goals, remove barriers, and identify opportunities to grow their practice
• You’ll combine relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and data to drive provider engagement, retention, and growth while collaborating across teams to continuously improve the provider experience
