- 8+ years of experience in B2B performance, partner, or product marketing

What the job involves
- REPORTS TO: Director of Consumer Marketing, Merchant Partners
- We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and data-driven Sr
- Marketing Manager to support the marketing engine behind Sunbit’s platform partnerships business
- In this builder role, you will bring Sunbit to life across our software platform ecosystem: driving partner co-marketing, merchant acquisition, accelerating merchant onboarding, and boosting usage and performance across automotive, dental, healthcare, veterinary, medspa, home services, and beyond
- You will own the strategies that drive merchant awareness, build onboarding playbooks, create ongoing education programs that help service businesses seamlessly offer Sunbit, and optimize workflows as we scale
- You will also support the sales process with prospective platform partners, helping bring new embedded channels into the Sunbit ecosystem
- Build strong relationships with priority platform partners to understand their software ecosystems, identify co-marketing opportunities, integrations, and drive merchant adoption
- Lead go-to-market marketing strategies and execution for platform integrations and initiatives, balancing big-picture campaign planning with detail-oriented delivery
- Design, launch, and scale partner playbooks and merchant onboarding workflows to accelerate time-to-first-transaction and ensure consistent, high-impact platform support through the merchant’s lifecycle
- Create and scale partner & merchant-facing assets that enable seamless partner integration and merchant usage, including co-branded campaign toolkits, email nurtures, landing pages, script guides, and FAQs
- Use data and campaign analytics to monitor partner engagement, track merchant activation velocity, and continuously optimize program effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, product, marketing, design, and legal teams

Sunbit provides a BNPL solution to service providers, retailers and consumers, helping thousands of communities where traditional financing options have previously been the only route.
Sunbit disrupts the lengthy process of getting credit, utilizing its own proprietary machine learning technology to create personalized payment plans for each customer rather than relying on pre-approval based on a FICO score. Their 30-second approval process makes it an attractive option for retailers looking to increase sales, as customers can get an in-store decision. Payback has 3, 6, and 9-month flexible options, and the platform covers purchases of up to $10,000.
The company is looking to grow after an impressive financial investment in 2024 that reflects consumers turning to new payment options, such as BNPL. The funding is supporting its Sunbit no-fee credit card and embedded financing partnerships.
