Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of relevant payroll accounting work experience following US GAAP
- Experience with UltiPro, or other payroll platform
- Experience managing projects related to payroll setup
- Maintain the integrity of confidential information
Desirable
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and to lead and guide complex programs
- Experience driving process improvement and other project management experience
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
What the job involves
- In this remote role, you will report to the Accounting & Compliance team
- Perform month end payroll accounting for Waymo entities by working with third party service providers
- Resolve issues related to Waymo payroll by working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Automate and improve existing payroll accounting processes
- Project manage setup of new entity payroll processes and other payouts
