Product Marketing Manager, Neo4j

• We're looking for a commercially-minded marketer who enjoys understanding complex technology and finding ways to communicate value clearly. You should be equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, collaborating with technical specialists, and helping a salesperson prepare for an important customer conversation
• B2B technology marketing: 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, including at least 3 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related role. Ideally, you'll have worked with enterprise software, financial services technology, data platforms, analytics, or similarly complex solutions
• Positioning and messaging: Proven experience translating complex technical capabilities and customer challenges into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions
• Sales enablement: A track record of creating practical sales materials and enablement resources that help commercial teams engage customers and win business
• Commercial understanding: A good understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying groups, customer decision-making, and how marketing can influence pipeline and revenue
• Market and competitive research: The ability to research customers, industries, competitors, and emerging trends, and translate your findings into actionable marketing and commercial recommendations
• Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. You can simplify complex topics, ask good questions, and communicate your ideas clearly to different audiences
• Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement: You enjoy learning about unfamiliar industries, getting to grips with new technologies, and finding better ways of working. You're confident experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve your productivity and the effectiveness of the wider team
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution: You're comfortable thinking about the bigger picture, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves to create a pitch deck, refine a message, or solve a practical problem
• Ownership and independence: You're proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities, making informed decisions, and driving work forward with autonomy
• Collaboration and influence: You're a team player who can build productive relationships across functions and geographies, influence without direct authority, and bring people together around a shared objective
• Research shows that members of underrepresented communities are less likely to apply for jobs when they don’t meet all the qualifications. If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we’d encourage you to reconsider and give us the opportunity to review your application
