Who you are

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is a master at blending technical expertise with excellent communication skills
Deep technical experience in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Presales)
Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role
Fluent English
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to code in at least one object-oriented language (PHP, Python)
Strong knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0
Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems such as LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
Ability to travel as needed

What the job involves

You will work closely with our sales team to gather requirements and solve complex problems for our customers
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for both pre and post-sales activities, ensuring the success of our customers throughout their journey with us
In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to serve as an expert and consultant throughout the sales process, and you will also work closely with our pre-sales solution consultants and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive ongoing support and guidance and represent Docebo as a trusted advisor
You will be a master communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will have deep knowledge of our solutions portfolio, spanning across solution design, architecture, deployment, and roll-out
You will understand SaaS architectures, APIs and integration frameworks, data privacy, and security standards and compliance standards/regulations
Gathering requirements, scoping out technical integrations and presenting technical solutions to customers
Collaborating on sale proposals and the creation of statements of work
Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have in collaboration with their Customer Success Manager and Account Manager
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a responsive and creative member of our cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, product, and customer success
Providing mentorship and support to you other colleagues
