Who you are
- If you’re excited by early-stage ambiguity, technical conversations, and having real influence well beyond “setting meetings,” this role is for you
- 2+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar customer-facing role
- Comfort operating in early-stage environments where playbooks are still being written
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Strong interest in AI agents, GenAI applications, and how real companies deploy them
- Ability (or eagerness) to understand and explain technical concepts at a high level
- Excited to help educate the market on a new category (AI agent oversight & evaluation)
- Clear, confident written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable engaging senior technical and business leaders
- Able to ask smart questions and guide discovery conversations
- Fluent with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and modern prospecting tools
- Experience using outreach automation tools (e.g., HeyReach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to manage parallel outreach and follow-ups
What the job involves
- Part-time, 20-30 hours/week with opportunity to grow into full-time
- This is not a traditional BDR role
- You’ll be one of the first go-to-market hires supporting SuperviseAI at a critical inflection point
- Your work will directly shape:
- Which customers we build with
- How we position AI agent oversight as a category
- How the product evolves based on real customer signals
- You will work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering leadership to identify, engage, and secure 2–3 design-partner customers who will help define the future of SuperviseAI
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through thoughtful outbound: cold outreach, warm intros, referrals, and ecosystem connections
- Target senior stakeholders (VP+, Head of AI/ML, AI Platform, Product, Trust & Safety, Compliance)
- Develop compelling, informed outreach that resonates with teams deploying AI agents and GenAI apps
- Identify companies that are strong candidates for early Proof-of-Concept and design partnerships
- Qualify prospects based on technical maturity, urgency, and feedback potential
- Help structure early conversations that balance sales, discovery, and co-creation
- Act as a frontline signal-gatherer for:
- Customer pain points
- Buying triggers
- Competitive alternatives
- Language that resonates (or doesn’t)
- Synthesize insights back to product and leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and roadmap priorities
- Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to move high-value prospects forward
- Help prep conversations, demos, and follow-ups for senior-level meetings
- Learn how early enterprise deals are shaped from first touch through design partnership
- Maintain strong outreach velocity across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and experiment-driven iteration on outreach strategies
- Continuously refine sequences, targeting, and messaging based on performance data
- Real ownership: Your work directly impacts product direction and early customer wins
- High exposure: Work side-by-side with experienced founders and operators
- Category creation: Help define how enterprises think about AI agent quality and trust
- Career acceleration: Gain firsthand experience in early enterprise GTM, not just lead-gen
- Growth potential: Opportunity to expand scope or convert to full-time as the business scales

Online security and safety is most definitely something that users worry about. Trust Lab is a web security platform developer looking to create a safer internet for everyone.
The company looks to support its clients by mitigating customer risks within their business. The solution aids the reduction of things like misinformation and hate speech. Trust Lab is now the security provider for some of the largest online marketplaces, social media platforms and more, including the likes of the University of Michigan.
Founded in 2019, the company has grown an impressive list of partnerships. More recently, it entered a strategic partnership with In-Q-Tel, the U.S. intelligence community’s venture capital arm, where Trust Labs technology will be leveraged to look into crucial internet trends and narratives that could impact national security.
