UX Designer, Aroma360

• 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing design solutions and process thinking
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of usability standards, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field

• Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Collaborate with Visual Designers and UI Designers to ensure alignment on branding and aesthetics
• Conduct and participate in usability testing to validate design decisions
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams
• Use analytics and user feedback to refine and optimize designs
• Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and industry standards to enhance design quality
• Maintain design specifications, style guides, and component libraries for consistent application across projects
• Document design decisions and processes to ensure transparency and scalability
