Staff Software Engineer, ClimateAI

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including time in a senior or staff-level role
• Proven ability to design and scale complex, distributed systems
• Fullstack development experience across backend (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js) and frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• Strong architectural thinking and long-term system design skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and setting technical direction
• Track record of mentoring and leveling up other engineers
• Clear communicator who can align technical decisions with product goals
