Junior Software Engineer, TrustFlight

• We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy, highly motivated Junior Software Engineer with strong software fundamentals and a genuine excitement for learning, building, and solving problems. You don’t need deep expertise in any particular programming language. We value curiosity, grit, and great foundational thinking above all else

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university
• Strong grasp of software fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity basics, and problem-solving
• High motivation, strong work ethic, and a proactive, energetic approach to learning and contributing
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with version control concepts (e.g., Git) and basic development workflows
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive feedback constructively
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology, engineering, and building things that matter

• Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of new and existing software features
• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices and grow technical capability
• Participate in code reviews and team design discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various parts of the system
• Assist in improving internal tools, development workflows, and automation
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Work within our technology stack, which includes, .NET, TypeScript, Nest.js, React, SQL Server, GCP, Azure, etc
• Bring high energy, curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative in projects and team activities
