Product Manager, Strapi

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, CMS, or similar digital products, OR demonstrated leadership in building and shipping products in a fast-paced, product-centric environment (e.g., founding a startup, leading cross-functional initiatives)
• Strong technical sensitivity: comfortable discussing APIs, developer workflows, and architectural trade-offs with engineers
• Proven ability to deliver user-facing product improvements in iterative, agile environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and bring clarity and structure to complex situations
• Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a keen eye for how they can improve user experience and efficiency
• Data-driven decision-making mindset, with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles and a strong customer empathy
• Fluent in English
