What the job involves
- We are seeking an Operations Associate (Part Time) to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and for the planet
- As an Operations Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting the accurate and efficient delivery of customer programs by managing application data, querying records, and resolving customer applications using Uplight’s systems and tools
- This role is part of a part-time operations team responsible for maintaining data quality and supporting ongoing program initiatives. You’ll use your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and curiosity to learn Uplight’s platforms to ensure customer enrollment applications receive timely and accurate resolution
- Use Uplight’s databases and a suite of querying tools to resolve customer enrollment applications
- Manage incoming volume of applications with research and data entry skills
- Deliver on self-directed work with flexible working hours, while meeting defined weekly quotas and deadlines
- Apply critical thinking and basic data collection skills to make data-driven decisions and judgment calls
- Work amongst a cohort of part-time contractors that will maintain ongoing projects
- Collaborate with the Product Operations team at Uplight
