Staff Product Designer, ABBYY

• 5–7+ years of experience in product design, including enterprise or B2B tools
• Expertise in Figma and building/designing robust design systems
• Deep experience designing complex workflows with many states and roles
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product management
• A systems-thinking mindset and experience working across multiple interconnected tools
• Excellent communication and documentation habits
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from ambiguity to clarity

• We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to play a critical role in modernizing and connecting our product suite
• You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define UX strategy, improve complex workflows, and co-lead a renewed design system initiative
• You’ll collaborate directly with the Director of Design to help shape product direction and ensure cohesive, user-centered experiences across our tools
• This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity
• Lead the end-to-end design process for key features across a complex product suites
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define and drive product strategy
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma, helping modernize legacy components
• Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for data-dense enterprise tools
• Guide other designers through critique, feedback, and mentorship
• Conduct design audits and propose scalable UX improvements
• Help bridge the gap between product vision and daily implementation
