What the job involves
- As the Vice President Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for the commercial growth of our partnership business
- You will lead Nuritas in working with partners to discover, develop and commercialize natural, IP – protected peptides and support them to leverage our AI-powered technology to identify novel ingredients
- In this role, you’ll exemplify the leadership and communication skills that drive lasting relationships and top business results
- You will bring solutions and a resilience with a can-do attitude to make an impact and drive the value we seek. The role will require you to work cross-functionally across Nuritas to deliver near term and long term revenue
- Moreover, you will drive the implementation of our business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence across the globe
- The Vice President Partnerships is responsible for leading the development and implementation of all Nuritas’ strategy, planning, and revenue generation in the commercial partnership category
- Shape and execute Nuritas’ partnership strategy in alignment with the organization’s global vision. This strategy should include a clear path to revenue generation via commercial agreements that leverage Nuritas’ AI discovery platform (Magnifier)
- Identify and engage with target companies that are the best fit for our Magnifier AI discovery partnership model. These targets could be other functional ingredient, personal care, food & beverage, B2B companies, etc
- Develop and close commercial agreements via Magnifier partnerships that maximize Nuritas revenue while delivering the potential for a lasting relationship with clients
- Lead cross-functional activities (especially with R&D) to ensure that milestones in existing and future partnership agreements are achieved on time and in full
- Deliver near term partnership revenue targets while building the customer pipeline for future growth
- Demonstrate an ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's offerings and expand the customer base
Our take
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that have evolved in nature over millions of years, often presenting extraordinary health benefits when consumed. As a result, many food, drink, and pill producers wish to enhance their products with peptides, but discovering the right ones and knowing how to use them requires vast scientific knowledge.
Nuritas leverages AI to provide a peptide discovery platform, partnering in-house scientists with food and pharmaceutical corporations to identify and utilise new peptides with health benefits. The company also produces two peptide products for companies to enhance their products with - PeptiStrong for muscle repair and Peptiyouth for slowing cellular aging.
Natural peptides can be found in all manner of fruits, vegetables, and other consumables, but Nuritas has taken a systematic approach to discover them through AI assistance, identifying their benefits, and using them to enhance products. Through its platform, the company has ultimately made the benefits of peptides accessible to companies regardless of whether they have expert scientists and biologists within their team.
