Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity)
- 12+ months of outbound calling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
- Ability to handle objections and articulate value proposition of add-on products with any level of detail or brevity
- Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to new responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
What the job involves
- ProProduct Development Representatives are crucial team members who identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers on how Pro modules can enhance their ServiceTitan ROI and add value to the customer operations
- A successful candidate will book product demonstrations between the existing customer and the Account Manager and assist the Account Manager with closing the deal through detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities
- You will be given extensive coaching and development from managers, enablement coaches, and various teams to ensure you are set up for success to build a long term career in Sales
- Those who thrive in this role are motivated to be the best they can be every day by continuously applying feedback and best practices
- Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers, demonstrating value of add-on products, and booking overview calls/demonstrations for Account Managers
- Conduct high volume engagement through outbound calls (25/day) and emails
- Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers
- Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and how we can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those pain points
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
- Log and maintain all activity in Google Sheets/Salesforce.com
- Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns and any ad-hoc requests
- Act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams, e.g. Pro Sales Team, Customer Success, Support, etc.

2021 saw the company reach a $9.5 billion valuation, however, in the last few months of 2022, there was talk of raising additional funds in traditional equity - as opposed to debt-like funding- which could result in a 20% lower valuation.
That said, the company is showing no sign of slowing, acquiring two more companies in 2022, and is eyeing an IPO off the back of reaching Series G in funding rounds. In addition, the company launched its next-generation operating system, Titan Intelligence, providing a suite of AI-based solutions. ServiceTitan is well set to experience further growth.
