Role
Who you are
- Minimum 1 years sales experience working to renew a high volume of customers through 1-2-1 customer interactions
- Proof of capacity to be able to effectively execute sales conversations that convert into renewals
- This role will be based in London but will require the applicant to work 2PM - 10PM (Monday to Thursday) to align with our US customers. Half day Friday!
Desirable
- Comfortable working with and analysing data of individual customers to drive more effective renewal conversations
- Ability to work pro-actively working towards a structure where renewals are confirmed months in advance
- Clear communicator able to work cross functionally delivering feedback to others in the Customer and Product teams to drive more successful customer journeys
- Ability to work identify and contribute towards other chokepoints that might be negatively impacting renewals
What the job involves
- US Team Based in London
- Responsibility for renewal rates for US Talent Transition to Portfolio clients
- Ability to effectively deliver a structured sales conversation that leads to renewals
- Manage a pipeline to deliver renewals effectively after an initial sales conversation has been held
- Comfortable dealing with happy and unhappy clients alike and still being able to deliver effective results
- Working with a high volume of clients to confirm renewals proactively
